site.btaSaudi Press Agency, BTA Sign Memorandum of Understanding at Media Forum in Riyadh
The President of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr Fahd bin Hassan Al Aqran, and the Director General of the Bulgarian News Agency, Kiril Valchev, signed Tuesday a Memorandum of Understanding between the two news agencies on the sidelines of the second edition of the Saudi Media Forum in Riyadh, SPA reported.
The Memorandum aims to develop cooperation in news exchange between the two agencies and enhance media activities between the two countries
Dr Al Aqran stressed that the Saudi Press Agency always seeks to establish new partnerships and open horizons for cooperation with various international news agencies to exchange information and services and transmit global events first-hand, based on its media vision towards achieving leadership in the news industry.
For his part, Valchev said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bulgaria enjoy a strong and close relationship, which will reflect positively on this Memorandum, which is expected to contribute to exchanging information and news about the two countries
