Old Population Statistics Seriously Distort Seat Allocations, Says Expert
Interviewed on Bulgarian National Radio Thursday, Stefan Manov of the Public Council at the Central Election Commission (CEC) explained how the use of outdated population statistics for the allocation of seats will lead to violations of equal voting power in all constituencies at Bulgaria's upcoming parliamentary elections.
