The Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) and Israel's Tazpit Press Service (TPS) signed a partnership agreement Monday. The agreement was signed by the two organization's leaders, BTA's Kiril Valchev and TPS's Amotz Eyal in the presence of Israeli Ambassador to Bulgaria Yoram Elron.
