Outgoing Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovsja on Wednesday confirmed that Prime Minister Kiril Petkov made a commitment before EU Enlargement Commissioner Oliver Varhelyi to lift the Bulgarian veto on the start of EU accession talks with North Macedonia by the end of the French EU Presidency.
