The Council of Ministers has consented to the Republic of Cyprus opening a consulate in Plovdiv, with a consular district covering the Plovdiv and Stara Zagora regions, the government press service said on Tuesday.
Boris Gurov, an entrepreneur with many years of experience in international relations, investment and consulting, will serve as Honorary Consul, the press service added.
