Casa di Fiore Medical & SPA has introduced new "slow wellness" programmes focused on deep relaxation and long-term recovery of the nervous system, spa manager Milena Daskalova told BTA.

The approach emphasizes sustainable results and responds to growing demand for therapies with clear health benefits, such as stress reduction, pain relief and improved sleep.

The certified medical spa centre, operating for four years, uses hypothermal, low-mineralized water with healing properties, alongside modern spa facilities including multiple pools, saunas, a steam bath and relaxation areas.

The complex is also preparing to open a new event venue, "Casa dell'Eleganza", to expand its conference and event offerings.

Visitors are mainly from Bulgaria and Romania, with increasing interest from Ukraine and Germany, while combined healing and wellness programmes remain the most popular.

BTA presents news from certified spa, wellness, and medical spa centres in Bulgaria in its BG SPA: Salus per aquam, Health Through Water feature. Their total number exceeds 200. The initiative, organized in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism and the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and SPA Tourism, is linked to Europe's leading health tourism event, the HEALTHXCHANGE SUMMIT, which will be held from May 11 to 13, 2026, in Varna, Sts. Constantine and Helena, Golden Sands, and Albena. BTA will be the event's main media partner.
