There is a growing trend toward offering fully personalized services that meet today’s travellers’ high expectations, Penelope Palace Apart Hotel management told BTA.

This individual approach is becoming a key factor in ensuring consistent hotel occupancy rate throughout the year, they added.

Interest in the specialized treatments is not limited solely to the busy summer months, as demand remains steady during the off-season as well, when visitors focus primarily on recovery and preventive health care, the management team said.

The spa centre’s facilities are open year-round and include a range of amenities such as a sauna, steam room, traditional hammam, jacuzzi, and heated loungers for relaxation.

A fitness area, as well as specialized treatment rooms for massages and professional beauty treatments are also available to guests.

The services are used by both hotel guests and outside visitors. Most tourists are Bulgarians, while foreign visitors increase during the summer season.

The key element of the treatments available is the use of estuarine mud and lye, specific to the Pomorie region, which has a proven healing effect. The location of the Penelope Palace creates optimal conditions for combining professional spa therapies with the beneficial effects of the sea climate.

The complex’s development strategy includes the expansion of their services through the introduction of new innovative therapies and specialized packages.
