BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Tsveta Kirilova is the top-of-the-list candidate of Blue Bulgaria for Haskovo’s 29th multi-member constituency, the political formation said here Thursday. The decision on the registration of the candidate list has been published on the website of the Constituency Election Commission in Haskovo.

Kirilova was born in Sofia in 1978. She holds a master’s degree in National, International Security and Defence from the G. S. Rakovski Military Academy and a master’s degree in Mass Communications Management from New Bulgarian University. She is author of numerous scholarly works, a journalist, entrepreneur and public figure, and founder and chair of the Azbukari Association, which has implemented more than 300 initiatives in education, culture, sport and social policy, according to information she provided to BTA. She speaks English.

Kirilova headed the Blue Bulgaria list in the 2024 European Parliament elections and the party’s Haskovo list in the October 2024 parliamentary elections.
