site.btaINSAIT to Unveil Next-Generation AI for All Bulgarians

The Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology (INSAIT), part of the St Kliment Ohridski Sofia University, will present a next generation AI model for all Bulgarians on Thursday, the Education and Science Ministry announced.

BgGPT 3.0, designed to act as a state-of-the-art Large Language Model for the Bulgarian language, is a technology of strategic importance for Bulgaria's AI sovereignty. The system has been developed by INSAIT.

The event aims to introduce the next generation BgGPT 3.0 chatbot to the media, highlighting its capabilities and its key significance for the country. Compared with previous versions, BgGPT 3.0 can handle far more complex and specialized tasks and offers a significantly improved user experience. This will give Bulgarians access to a world-class product trained in their native language, which they will be able to use freely.

A live demonstration of the platform's entirely new capabilities and the models behind BgGPT 3.0 will also be presented, illustrating its potential benefits for public institutions and industry in Bulgaria, the Education and Science Ministry said.
