The Movement for Rights and Freedoms has launched its election campaign in Vratsa with a water blessing ceremony led by Metropolitan Gregory of Vratsa, the party said on Facebook. The candidate list was later presented at the party’s headquarters.
“Our cause is connected to the people—their problems, hopes, and expectations. We believe that politics must be close to citizens, listen to their voices, and work toward real solutions. That is why we stand before you committed to honest dialogue, a fair campaign, and consistent work for all communities in the region,” top-of-the-list candidate Ivo Tsanev said.
He added that Vratsa needs new energy, sustainable development, more opportunities for young people, support for business, care for the elderly, and improvements in infrastructure, education, and healthcare.
“Today, more than ever, we need reason, stability, and political maturity. We need unity around common goals and efforts focused on the development of Vratsa and Bulgaria,” Tsanev noted, emphasizing that the party will run a positive campaign grounded in ideas, solutions, and trust.
