Seven people were injured in a Russian drone attack on the Ukrainian city of Odesa overnight, Oleh Kiper, Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, said on Telegram on Thursday.
According to his information, one of the injured was hospitalized in moderate condition, while the others received medical assistance on site.
As a result of the strike, damage was caused to the windows of a nine-story residential building and a general education school, according to Kiper's statement.
All relevant services are working on the ground.
Odesa Region is home to the third largest community of expatriate Bulgarians, numbering more than 150,000 people, according to an official population census in Ukraine in 2001. Between 50,000 and 60,000 Bulgarians live in the regional capital, Odesa. Bulgarians in the region are concentrated in the districts of Bolhrad, Izmail and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.
