site.btaParliament Lacks Quorum, Fails to Convene
The National Assembly failed to convene after only 113 MPs registered in the plenary hall on Thursday morning. National Assembly Chair Raya Nazaryan said a second quorum check would be done in half an hour. To begin work the required quorum of registered MPs is 121.
