site.btaProtesters in Sofia Demand Resignation of Acting Prosecutor General Sarafov

Citizens gathered in front of the Palace of Justice in Sofia on Wednesday evening to demand the resignation of acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov. The protest, held under the slogan “SarafOFF! Freedom and Justice!”, was organized on Facebook by the Justice for All initiative.

Members of the Young Medics association also joined the demonstration. Traffic around the Palace of Justice was stopped, and the protest was monitored by police teams.

A similar protest calling for Sarafov’s resignation was organized by Justice for All last Wednesday as well.
