Representatives of the Chinese Beston Group company met with the management of the Albena resort complex on Friday to discuss the construction of amusement parks, as well as possibilities to expand the tourist product in Albena.

The Beston Group company is engaged in the construction of amusement parks, recycling of plastic waste, production of cement and large construction machinery. During the meeting, projects the company has implemented so far were presented, including outdoor amusement parks and indoor adventure parks in places such as Saudi Arabia, Istanbul, Qatar and Indonesia.

"Together with our Bulgarian partner, we conducted a study regarding amusement oriented towards children and families in the Albena resort. We can make it a more attractive place for children and families during their vacation, in order to extend the season as much as possible and provide options for conducting teambuildings", the Beston Group representatives said, adding that there is a lot of potential in Albena.

Albena AD CEO Krasimir Stanev said that talks with the Chinese investors are at the very beginning and that the preparation of a master plan for the projects may take over two months. He pointed out that policy towards families with children is beginning to be felt in Albena, as the resort now offers two new so-called mini trains, two electric cars, as well as an escalator that connects the lower and upper areas since 2021. "This is unique and a huge relief for vacationing families", he emphasized.

Stanev announced that two space camping capsules will arrive in Albena soon, which will consist of two rooms and provide almost 360-degree visibility, adding that these tourist sites will be located in close proximity to the sea.
