site.btaShumen University Hosts 20 International Students from Five European Countries

A total of 20 foreign students are currently studying at Shumen University, Vice-Rector Associate Professor Konstantin Konstantinov told BTA.

The international students come from five European countries and are enrolled in programmes including Russian Language and Literature, Computer Design and Multimedia, Software Engineering, Computer Information Technology and Social Pedagogy.

Konstantinov said the most popular programmes among international students are in the field of Informatics and Computer Science. There has been no significant increase in the number of international students over the years, he said, adding that they are attracted by the university's quality of education and affordable tuition fees.
