The winners of the three international competitions organized by the Executive Agency for Bulgarians Abroad (EABA) will be honoured on Thursday, August 7, at 1 p.m. at the National Children's Palace in Sofia, EABA told BTA.
"In 2025, interest in the competition initiatives was extremely high. The drawing competition 'Bulgaria in My Dreams' received 244 entries, the Stefan Gechev literary competition received 188 entries, and the Lyubka Rondova singing competition received 130 entries. The participants are children and young people from the Bulgarian diaspora in the United States, Germany, France, Greece, Turkiye, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Scotland, Moldova, and other countries," EABA said.
The awards will be presented by the Executive Director of the EABA, Rayna Mandzhukova, and the winners will receive certificates, prizes, and the opportunity to participate in a creative camp in the village of Brodilovo.
"The programme of the ceremony includes musical performances, a special exhibition of the winning drawings, and the presence of official guests, including Tatyana Doseva, director of the National Children's Palace and a long-time partner of the EABA," the organizers added.
