Five people were injured in a drone attack on the Ukrainian Black Sea port of Odesa on Tuesday morning, the head of the military administration of Odesa Province, Oleh Kiper, wrote on the Telegram social media.

“Early this morning, Russia attacked Odesa with drones yet again. Falling fragments of a shot-down drone damaged a food storage facility. Residential buildings and passenger cars also sustained damage,” Kiper wrote.

The city of Odesa was attacked with over 15 drones for a whole hour in the early morning on Tuesday.

Odesa Province is home to the third largest community of expatriate Bulgarians, numbering more than 150,000 people, according to an official population census in Ukraine in 2001. Between 50,000 and 60,000 Bulgarians live in the provincial capital, Odesa, while others are concentrated in the districts of Bolhrad, Izmail, and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.
