site.btaBulgaria's Albena Resort to Open Representative Office in Taraclia District

A cooperation agreement between the Taraclia District Council and Bulgaria's Albena seaside resort is expected to be signed on May 24. As part of the agreement, an official representative office of the resort will open in Taraclia to inform local people about summer recreation opportunities for children and seasonal employment for young people.
The upcoming steps were discussed at a meeting attended by Taraclia District Chairman Lazar Dermenji, mayors of local settlements, school principals and representatives of the resort, including Albena Tour Executive Director Krasimira Stoyanova and Sales Manager Daria Jos. Bulgaria's Consul in Taraclia, Lyubomir Dimov, was also present.
"We consider the opening of the representative office an important step. There are no children's camps in the district, and for three years now our children have not had organized holidays. The new partnership will fix this, at least partially," said Lazar Dermenji.
Krasimira Stoyanova gave a detailed presentation on the history of the resort and the opportunities it offers. She said Albena would begin recruiting staff for the summer season from June 1. Available positions include room attendants, kitchen helpers, waiters and tour guides. The starting salary is EUR 600, with accommodation and meals provided within the resort. Document processing takes about two weeks.
