Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas, part of the Grand Hotel Resorts by Pulse chain, strengthens its position as a premier destination for a healthy lifestyle through a major renovation and a combination of sports and relaxation facilities. The hotel offers year-round service, combining the seaside climate with a modern spa and wellness approach. "Our core concept is focused on a healthy lifestyle," Maria Mladenova from the chain’s PR team told BTA. According to her, the hotel’s spa centre has undergone a complete transformation with a fully renovated interior and new facilities.
The complex’s spa centre features various thermal zones, including indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, a salt sauna, a Finnish sauna, aroma saunas, a panoramic steam bath, and a plunge pool. For guests seeking privacy, a special adults-only area has been designated. The new relaxation zones include relax swings, fireplaces, and areas with heated loungers. "Guest expectations are rising, which motivates us to constantly improve our facilities," Mladenova added. She noted that the hotel also offers a massage studio for rehabilitation with a separate VIP area.
A distinctive feature of the property is the Pulse fitness centre, covering an area of 3,000 square meters. It is precisely this facility at Grand Hotel Sveti Vlas that attracts guests who are actively involved in sports. Specialized sports camps are organized year-round, combining intensive training with rehabilitation and recovery in the spa area.
"The water area is a real highlight of the spa centre," Mladenova added. The hotel features two indoor and two outdoor year-round pools, including a large indoor pool with underwater lighting, with a special rain feature, and a large outdoor pool with a children’s section for the summer season. A kids entertainment area is available for families with children. During the winter months, the facility serves as a hub for corporate events, training sessions, and team-building activities thanks to its fully equipped conference hall.
"We often welcome Bulgarians in the winter season, but we also have a significant percentage of foreigners attracted by the clean air and the therapeutic properties of the salt rooms," Mladenova said.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks and beverages are served to the guests. The philosophy of healthy living is also integrated into the cuisine. The hotel focuses on high-quality products and a balanced menu that includes both healthy options and traditional dishes. The hotel was awarded the Fitness and SPA Complex 2025 prize, which, according to the team, confirms the uniqueness of their idea on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
