Bucharest, July 27 (BTA) - The Romanian government is introducing a new easing of restrictive measures from August 1, Digi24 TV reported. Depending on the incidence rate, up to 75,000 people will be able to participate in outdoor festivals if they have been tested, vaccinated or have previously had COVID-19. Up to 400 guests will be able to attend weddings and baptisms under the same conditions. In settlements with a morbidity rate below 2 per 1,000 people, clubs and bars will be able to operate at full capacity, according to a decision of the National Emergency Committee. From August 1, it will also be possible to organize rallies and demonstrations with up to 100 participants if the incidence is between 2 and 3 per 1000 people, and up to 500 people if the incidence is below 2 per 1000 people.
