COVID-19 Update:
182 New Cases,
Test Positivity at 1.41%


Sofia, August 1 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19
cases in Bulgaria reached 425,054 after 12,876 tests identified
182 new infections on Saturday, according to data posted
Sunday on the national coronavirus information platform at
https://coronavirus.bg/.

The test positivity rate now stands at 1.41 per cent. The
registered active COVID-19 cases stand at 8,296 with nine
recoveries reported on Saturday.

A total of 805 COVID-19 patients are in hostpial, of whom 78 in
intensive care.

A total of 3,193 vaccines were administerd, bringing the total
number of persons injected with at least one dose in Bulgaria to
2,028,136. A total of 999,878 people have been fully
vaccinated. MY
