The mountain mountain hiking conditions on Thursday are good, the Mountain Rescue Service with the Bulgarian Red Cross told BTA. 

Strong winds are blowing over the higher parts, and cloud cover is expected to increase in the afternoon.

In the past 24 hours, rescue teams aided three hikers in Rila: one with a leg injury near Musala Hut, another with a leg injury in the Seven Rila Lakes area, and a third injured hiker near Ribni Ezera.

Mountain weather forecast: Mostly sunny in the morning, with clouds increasing in the afternoon. Moderate to occasionally strong easterly winds. Highs: 25°C at 1,200 m, 19°C at 2,000 m.
