Conditions for tourism in the mountains and mountain resorts are poor on Sunday morning, the Mountain Rescue Service of the Bulgarian Red Cross said.
Mountain rescuers warn that in addition to the rainy weather, temperatures in the highest parts of the mountains are low, about 3C, and strong winds are blowing.
Heavy rain alerts have been issued across the country.
