Bulgarian caretaker Energy Minister Vladimir Malinov и Carl B. Kress, Regional Director for US Trade and Development Agency's (USTDA) programs in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe and Eurasia, discussed opportunities for deepening cooperation in the energy sector, the Energy Ministry said in a press release on Saturday. USTDA funds key projects and collaborates with companies to develop sustainable infrastructure and spur economic development in partner countries. At Bulgaria's Energy Ministry, Kress presented the main criteria that USTDA-supported projects must meet.
