Meeting on Tuesday, TEREM-Holding EAD's Board of Directors elected Dimitar Stoychev its new Chair and Kalin Dimitrov its Executive Director, the Bulgarian Ministry of Defence said in a press release.

By minutes dated September 7, 2023, Defence Minister Todor Tagarev, in his capacity as the authority exercising the rights of the State as the sole owner of the capital TEREM-Holding EAD, decided to supplement the Board of Directors, increasing its members from five to seven. Stoychev and Dimitrov were elected as the two new Board members.

TEREM is a state-owned company run by the Defence Ministry which specializes in repairs, modernization, and logistical support of aviation equipment, ships and vessels, armored vehicles, small arms, artillery and missile systems, ammunition, radar, and communication equipment.
