site.btaSIHRE 2026 International Exhibition Opens in Sofia

The 23rd edition of the international SIHRE exhibition will be unveiled at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia on Tuesday. The event, which runs until January 30, brings together more than 260 brands from around the world and is expected to attract over 16,000 professionals from the hospitality, restaurant and catering sectors, Inter Expo Center said.

The forum will showcase professional equipment for kitchens, bars and pastry shops, hotel furnishings, interior solutions and consumables. It is aimed at company owners and managers, investors, distributors and manufacturers in the HoReCa sector.

SIHRE tickets also provide access to the accompanying exhibitions: Wine & Spirits Show (wine and alcoholic beverages), #Retail Show (retail), GastronomiX (culinary arts), and the Digital Box technology zone.

The programme includes more than 32 events.
