Jean-Michel Jarre will present an audiovisual synthesis of rhythm, light, and technology at Vidas Art Arena (Sofia Velodrome) in Borisova Gradina Park on June 23, said organizers from Fest Team on Monday.

"Jarre, known for staging iconic events with millions of fans, was also the first Western musician invited to perform in China. With over 85 million albums sold and decades of pioneering stage formats, the artist blends science, art, and technology. From global stages to virtual shows, he continues to inspire new generations of artists and audiences with innovative approaches and unforgettable performances. Sofia will host one of the rare moments when music history is written live with the scale, ambition, and vision only Jean-Michel Jarre can deliver," Fest Team added.

The event is part of a two-day French electronic music marathon in Sofia, on June 24, the French musical duo Air will take the stage.
