Works by young artists will be on display in the seventh edition of Art Start exhibition, presented by Goethe-Institut Bulgarien and Credo Bonum Gallery, the organizers said on Tuesday. The theme of the event will be permanent uncertainty and the rethinking of the superfluous through the language of contemporary art. The exhibition will be open to visitors between May 23 and June 16.

The exhibition includes works by Vanessa Miteva, Gloriya Avgust, Danny Nedkova, Eline Tsvetkova, Klementina Li, Kurt Kolev, Reality PSD - Gabriel Pendov and Robin Bellucci, Sabridzhan Yuzen, Todor Rabadzhiyski and Yana Abrasheva. The exhibition is curated by Sofia Dimova and Pavel Naydenov.

"It is difficult to point to where a crisis begins. Often a small error in the algorithm leads to the collapse of the whole system. In recent years we have learned to live in a permanent crisis - political, social, environmental, a crisis of the individual. We seem to have reached the point where the message "Error" does not raise questions about the emergence of the problem, its deepening and prevalence, but rather we look for an "escape room", a "shortcut" and we even sometimes stay in the comfort zone of the problem and learn to live with it as if it had always been part of us", said the organizers.
