Artist Dimiter Petrov Displays Works Bordering Between Abstract and Figurative

Works on the border between abstract and figurative art will be displayed by artist Dimiter Petrov in an exhibition at Rakursi Gallery, organizers said.

The exhibition will open on February 1, showcasing the latest works by the artist.

Petrov was born in 1969 in Kyustendil and graduated from the National Academy of Arts in 1996.

Petroa spent a year in India in 2000. Ten years later he won a a residency at Cite International des Arts in Paris. He has participated in over 100 exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad. His works belong in the city art galleries in Kyustendil, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Razgrad and in collections in Europe, Asia and the US.
