The second Media Masters: Boosting Media Literacy conference will take place on Wednesday in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication at Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski, the organizers said.

The forum will present the project’s main results and the tools developed to improve media literacy, and will familiarize participants with the methods and approaches built into these resources.

The project is carried out with financial support from the European Union under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme (CERV-2023-CITIZENS-CIV-01148165).

The event is intended for representatives of the academic community, the media industry and civil society who work on disinformation, fake news and the contemporary communication environment, the organizers noted. Participants will be able to share research findings and professional experience.
