Varna Free University Chernorizets Hrabar has 241 foreign students, enrolled as bachelors, masters and doctoral students, the university told BTA. They come from 30 countries from Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and the Middle East.

Europe is represented with students from Albania, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine and Hungary, the university added. African youths from Cameroon, Nigeria and Ghana have also chosen to study in Varna. The Asian students are from China, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Students from the Middle East also study at Varna Free University. They are from Turkiye, Israel, Lebanon and Syria. The North American continent is also presented at the university with students from the US, the university added.
