Central Election Commission to Submit October 2024 Election Data from Information Services to Constitutional Court
The Central Election Commission (CEC) decided to send to the Constitutional Court (CC) the data received from Information Services related to the case challenging the legality of the elections for the 51st National Assembly held on October 27, 2024. The decision was made during a CEC meeting on Wednesday. Thirteen CEC members voted in favour of the proposal, while two voted against.
