"For now, negotiations are going well and the less we talk, the better," GERB leader Boyko Borissov told journalists in Parliament on Wednesday. Since the beginning of the week, a negotiating team from GERB-UDF has been holding talks to find a ruling majority.

“I am optimistic because what I see on the global scene compels us as a country and as a people to elect a regular government,” Borissov said in response to a question whether he is optimistic about the formation of a government. 

Later in the day, Co-Floor Leader Nadejda Iordanova told reporters that the negotiations with GERB-UDF are progressing and are not an easy process. "We have talked on the proposed amendments to the Judicial System Act, an agreement has not been reached yet," she commented.
