Bulgaria's caretaker Minister of Justice Maria Pavlova and Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna signed a memorandum of understanding. The memorandum is intended to help Ukraine prepare for EU membership and enhance the two countries' relations in the field of justice and common European values.
