The Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is willing to work with Ukraine to strengthen further the friendly relations between the two countries, the ministry said on the social network X, responding to a message from Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, who congratulated Ivan Kondov on his appointment as caretaker Foreign Minister of Bulgaria.
