Speaking to journalists in Parliament on Friday, MP of There Is Such a People (TISP) Stanislav Balabanov said, "Our idea for the third [government forming] mandate is first of all to reach an agreement on policies, they should be fixed with deadlines so that, if a government is formed and they are not implemented, Bulgarian citizens can come out and say - the policies are not implemented in the specific timeframe, who is politically responsible?"
