Parliament Chair Rosen Zhelyazkov spoke with Belarusian opposition leader in exile Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, Parliament's press office said on Tuesday. The National Assembly is ready to share its experience gained in the years after the democratic changes in Bulgaria and to facilitate the exchange of successful parliamentary practices, Zhelyazkov said.
