Even if a government is formed with Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria, there should be a constructive majority in the parliament to ease the tension in the country, GERB leader Boyko Borissov told journalists at the National Assembly on Thursday after a meeting with Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) leader Mustafa Karadayi.
