President Rumen Radev is on a working visit to Germany Friday and Saturday to take part in the 59th Munich Security Conference, the President’s press secretariat said. The forum will discuss key foreign and security challenges, and measures in the context of the complicated security environment resulting from the war in Ukraine.
The delegation led by the Bulgarian President includes Deputy Prime Minister for EU Funds Atanas Pekanov and Defence Minister Dimitar Stoyanov
Numerous high-ranking international decision-makers will attend the Munich Security Conference 2023, including heads of state and government, ministers of defense and foreign affairs, as well as leading figures from academia, business and civil society.
