A state of emergency has been declared in parts of three southern regions on the border to Turkey: Burgas, Haskovo and Yambol, due to the increased migratory pressure. The aim is to waive certain procedural requirements and start urgent repairs works of forest roads, some of which are impassable or ruined, caretaker Interior Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev said in Malko Tarnovo, Southern Bulgaria, on Friday.
