Rosen Milenov is a presidential candidate in the upcoming elections on October 25. He was put forward by a nomination committee alongside vice-presidential candidate Ivan Ivanov, according to a decision by the Central Election Commission.

Milenov was born on May 13, 1980, and resides in Sofia. He holds a university degree and is a lawyer by profession. He owns a company and works in the private sector, the nomination committee reported.

Over the past ten years, he has participated in hundreds of civic initiatives aimed at ensuring transparency in government decisions through the Access to Public Information Act, improving legislation in various fields, and organizing protests to exert civic pressure against flawed government policies.
