The Association of Specialized Roadside Assistance Providers in Bulgaria is organizing a national protest on Thursday, April 9, after Caretaker Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Nikolay Naydenov did not invite it to recent meetings with sector representatives, the association said in a press release on Wednesday.

In a press release circulated on Wednesday, the association said sector representatives were calling for open and constructive dialogue, transparency in decision-making and equal participation by all interested parties in matters affecting both the sector and road safety.

The Association of Specialized Roadside Assistance Providers in Bulgaria expects more than 300 specialized roadside assistance vehicles to join the protest.
