BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Krasimir Aleksiev is the top-of-the-list candidate of Treti Mart (March 3) for Gabrovo’s 7th multi-member constituency, according to a decision of the Constituency Election Commission in Gabrovo.

Aleksiev is 59 years old. He told BTA that he is a master mechanical engineer in internal combustion engines. He also holds an additional qualification in Tax and Customs Control from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. He completed an initial training course at the Academy of the Ministry of the Interior. He speaks English and Russian. He has held various positions, including managerial ones, in the regional directorates of the Ministry of the Interior in Gabrovo and Sliven.
