BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Todor Batkov is the top-of-the-list candidate put forward by an initiative committee in Smolyan’s 22nd multi-member constituency, the initiative committee said here Wednesday.

Batkov was born on 22 August 1993 in Sofia, the committee added. He completed his secondary education in the United Kingdom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Philosophy from Queen Mary University of London and a master’s degree in Law from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo. Batkov is an entrepreneur and owner of a private business.
