BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Rayna Ivanova Stamenova is the top-of-the-list candidate of Saprotiva for Sofia’s 25th multi-member constituency in the parliamentary elections on April 19. A decision on the registration of the list has been published on the website of the Constituency Election Commission in Sofia’s 25th constituency.

Rayna Stamenova was a candidate of the Citizens for the Municipality coalition for mayor of Sofia’s Triaditsa borough, according to a decision of the Sofia Municipal Election Commission on her registration for the 2023 local elections. She was born on 26 December 1980 in Sofia. She graduated in Political Science from New Bulgarian University and holds a master’s degree in Political Management, according to biographical information provided to BTA by Stamenova as a candidate in the 2023 local elections. She has also studied digital marketing at SoftUni.
