BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Mincho Georgiev is the top-of-the-list candidate of Alliance for Rights and Freedoms for Ruse’s 19th multi-member constituency, Milena Hinkova, chair of the Constituency Election Commission said here Saturday.

The local structure of Alliance for Rights and Freedoms said 41-year-old Georgiev was born in Sofia. He holds a master’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in public administration. He completed specialised secondary education as an economist-accountant.

Georgiev said he has mainly been engaged in fruit and vegetable trading. He also has experience in the sale of financial and insurance products, including life insurance.
