BTA will publish the names of the top-of-the-list candidates of every party/coalition for all constituencies for the April 19 parliamentary elections. The information about the candidates is provided by the respective political entity, the candidates themselves and other official sources.

Svetla Petrova is the top-of-the-list candidate of Treti Mart (March 3) for Ruse's 19th multi-member constituency, Milena Hinkova, chair of the Constituency Election Commission in Ruse, said here Saturday.

Svetla Petrova told BTA that she is a lawyer by profession with more than 20 years of experience. She also holds a master's degree in Public Administration. She said that since 2002 she has worked every day with people and institutions and knows in detail both citizens' rights and the weaknesses in the system.

Svetla Petrova has been a municipal councillor, as well as a controller in a municipal company.
