Ivaylo Yonkov is the top-of-the-list candidate of Blue Bulgaria for Smolyan's 22nd multi-member constituency, the coalition press service said here Friday.

He is a municipal councillor in Sofia from the Blue Bulgaria group. He is an economist by profession, has worked in private business and is an entrepreneur.
