site.btaArchitecture, Construction Week Opens at Inter Expo Center in Sofia
Architecture and Construction Week and three other exhibitions - ATEST Expo, Green Energy and BIM Expo - opened Wednesday at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia. A total of 244 companies are participating in the exhibitions in 2026, representing over 600 global brands, said Inter Expo Centre Deputy Director Iva Gerasimova.
She noted that among the highlights are the largest participation of companies from Turkiye.
Lyubomir Katchamakov, chair of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria, emphasized that this is an important platform that brings together representatives of the construction sector and provides an opportunity to present new technologies and innovations.
The exhibitions will continue until March 14. As part of the programme, the annual Archinova Architecture Awards will be held on March 12 and the annual awards of the Association of Professional Landscapers in Bulgaria will be presented on March 13.
Partners of the exhibitions are the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design, Bulgarian Construction Chamber, Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria, Association of Large Construction Equipment Traders, Association of Professional Landscapers in Bulgaria, Bulgarian Association for Insulation in Construction, Bulgarian Facade Industry Association, and the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy.
