After 10 p.m. on Monday, the internet service at the BTA building was disrupted, leaving journalists to work using mobile data on their phones.
Yuliyan Tolev, head of Physical Infrastructure at Information Services — the company that serves as BTA’s system integrator — said the connection between the agency and Information Services had gone down and that the cause is currently under investigation.
